Cancellation & Refund Terms
- Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are eligible only for purchases made within 3 to 5 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable if you have accessed or downloaded the purchased digital files.
- How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Contact@megadigitalcollection.com within the eligible time frame.
- Please include your order details (Order ID, purchase date, and product name) in the email for faster processing.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days of the request.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
- No refunds will be issued for digital products once they are accessed, downloaded, or used.
- Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance in any live workshops, if applicable in the future.
Cancellations by Mega Digital Collection
Mega Digital Collection reserves the right to cancel any orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical issues during payment processing.
- Errors in product listing or pricing.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
